We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, including your full name, email address, and password (or authentication data via Google/GitHub). Additionally, as you use the service, we collect the data you input into your profile (education, work experience, skills) and the PDF files you upload for the purpose of AI analysis.
2. How We Use Information
Your information is used solely for the following purposes: (a) To operate, maintain, and provide the features of HoSoViec; (b) To optimize your resumes and cover letters via AI models; (c) To personalize your user experience; and (d) To send you service-related notifications and technical support. We absolutely DO NOT sell your data to any third parties or advertisers.
3. Sharing Data with Third Parties
To provide our smart analysis service, text from your profile (excluding email/password) may be sent anonymously via encrypted connections to our AI platform partners (such as OpenAI or Google Gemini). These partners are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and are not permitted to use your data to train their models (Zero Data Retention).
4. Data Security
We implement industry-leading SSL/TLS encryption standards to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. Our storage system (Supabase) is secured with strict access rules (Row Level Security - RLS), ensuring that only you have the right to access your CV profile.
5. User Rights
You have full control over your data. You can view, edit, or download your personal data at any time via the dashboard. If you wish to close your account and permanently delete all your data from our system, you can do so through the Account Settings or by contacting our support team directly.
