1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or using any part of the HoSoViec application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use our service.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to provide accurate, complete information upon registration and commit to not sharing your account with multiple users to exploit the platform.
3. Credits System and Payment
HoSoViec operates on a Pay-as-you-go model using Credits. When you top up Credits, the transaction is non-refundable for cash. Credits will be automatically deducted based on your actual usage of AI features. In the event that the AI system encounters an error and fails to return results, your Credits will be automatically refunded to your balance (Auto-Refund).
4. Intellectual Property
All design elements, interfaces, CV templates, source code, and proprietary algorithms belong to HoSoViec. However, all personal data, CV content, and Cover Letters you generate are your property. You are granted a free license to use the exported PDFs for personal job search purposes.
5. Prohibited Conduct
It is strictly forbidden to use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to collect unauthorized data from HoSoViec. You may not intentionally upload malicious code, copyrighted material, or exploit our AI system to generate malicious or fraudulent content.
6. Limitation of Liability
HoSoViec is a tool designed to optimize job applications. We DO NOT guarantee 100% that you will be hired or pass all ATS software of every employer. We are not legally liable for any loss, damage, or consequences arising from the use or inability to use our service.
